I can’t think of any better way to see these majestic buildings than by camel back .
Pull an all nighter.
I know it sounds sad but I have never done this and would love to see the sun rise from staying up all night.
Climb an Ice Glacier in New Zealand.
I want to get all geared up and climb an impressive ice glacier before they all melt!
I don’t care what it’s for, but I want to hold a world record for something, although I would prefer if it was cake related!
Eat a Pizza in Italy!
Pretty self explanatory, I want to sample the original Pizza in its home town.
Be my own Boss.
At some stage in my life I want to be able to say I founded and ran my own business!In February 2012 I sent out my first cake order into the world with the hope that one day, just maybe I would be able to use my love of all things baked to support myself and become my own boss. If we fast forward to today I now run a small wholesale/retail cake business and have officially become 100% self employed, with a group of 8 wholesale customers and regular retail clients my hard work (although I have alot further to go) has enabled me to make my dream come true!
See the ball drop in NYC for New Years Eve
I want to be part of the spectacle in Times Square when the ball drops for NYE in my lifetime.
Snorkel in the Great Barrier Reef
Before this wonder of the world is destroyed I want to see it with my own two eyes.
Go to London and do a loop in the London Eye.
I will spend a loop in this world wide icon.
Walk on the Great Wall of China!
The chance to walk on this icon that you can see from space is something I cannot pass up!
Travel to Japan and meet a Harajuku Girl!

Taking a thermos of tea and training hard!
Volunteer at a soup kitchen on a Holiday or special occasion.
To help those less fortunate I would like to volunteer my services at a soup kitchen or similar on a day when those without families need to feel a little more love.

Whether its a birthday or just because, I would love to make a cake for a famous Aussie.

I want to RUN the entire length of the City to Bay.
Go on a Cattle Muster in the Australian Outback.
Sleep in a Tree
Whether its in my back yard or in the jungle, I want to sleep in the tree tops in a hammock/tent/nest.
Write a book.
Whether it is poetry, short stories or a novel and I would love to be a published writer.
I have never learnt how, so I would like to know how to take up my own pants, and repair my own rips .
Rental Car one way.
I have heard that car hire companies will let you take a car for free if you offer to drive it one way back to a depot after someone else has hired it. I would like to take this offer up across a country.
At an elephant sanctuary where they treat the animals as they should be treated I would love to ride an elephant.

Own a house
For the entirety of my life I have wanted to return to the Adelaide Hills and own a house there. It is the one place in the world that has always felt like home to me, and I have wanted to return there since a very young age. Home ownership is not something that I ever thought would be a possibility for me, and has not been a great priority in my family life. I am extremely proud to say that in August 2011 I officially signed the paperwork to become a home owner for our very own place in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia!
Although I came from a family of divorced parents, I always felt that marriage was something I wanted to experience. In December of 2007 I became Mrs. E Jones, when I married the man of my dreams. He has taught me more about love, respect and commitment than I ever thought possible and am so glad that he chose me !
