Today: 100 Things Reality Show
I won’t say too much as this stage but as we speak I’m on route to sign a contract to produce a show based on the notion of strangers helping strangers.
I’ll keep you posted on the developments as they happen but I guess the next step is meeting the production team and coming up with some travel dates. With 3 more 100 Things Group Trips to Mount Kilimanjaro, Cambodia and Antarctica this year (!), I have a feeling my schedule is going to get quite busy!
So with that said I am now looking to meet as many people as I can who need genuine help with a meaningful goal of theirs. Whether this is you or perhaps you know someone, I would love to hear from you.
So far the acts of kindness have involved helping people in many different ways and the beauty of this show is that we’ll be looking at including as much variety as possible. From funny or sad to simple or complex, i’m going to look at everything.
If you know of a story that needs to be told and also needs support, I’d love to see what I could do. Of course I can’t guarantee anything, but at the very least I will read over and reply to you.
You can email me direct on firstname.lastname@example.org
Thursday: 100 Things Group Trip to Mount Kilimanjaro
To say i’m a little excited about the 100 Things Group Trip to climb Mount Kilimanjaro that leaves this Thursday is an understatement.
With 17 strangers from around the world coming together and meeting at the base of Africa’s highest peak, we’re all united by the fact that we’ve dared to not just dream, but also pull the trigger. The fourth group trip to date, I’l be producing a little video of our adventure and for those of you who might be reading this and are coming; I look forward to meeting you soon!!
Spots Remaining of our Volunteering Trip to Cambodia (Nov) and our Exploration of Antarctica (Dec)
One thing I’ve learnt is that in the process of achieving goals it’s crucial that you either create an opportunity OR respond to an opportunity.
With many people wanting to volunteer in Cambodia and also a heap of people wanting to explore Antarctica, I thought it made sense to arrange a trip and create an opportunity for those who are interested to respond to.
So with that said could one of these trips tickle your fancy?
- Cambodian Group Volunteering Trip- Nov 7th-14th (3 SPOTS LEFT)
3 Spots Left and now an ad-lib video to highlight what we’re doing…
We’re now 2 and a half months out from leaving for our Cambodia Volunteering Trip and with ONLY 3 SPOTS AVAILABLE, someone thought to put a camera in my face and get me to explain what it’s all about!
A great idea (thanks Ros!) but maybe next time I might need more preparation so I don’t embarrass myself at the end of the video haha
